If you use CM2 to download and/or import your content, it will place them into the correct file/folder for you.

Thank you for the answer, but it means CM2. I want french trains and French lines. But in which folder to put them?​

2009 uses compression for the graphics files, so you may either download and install using CM2 (2009), or download without CM2, but then import the items into the database using CM2. All the content goes into the local folder, but you should not just move them there without using the Content Manager.
