Adding remarks in Trainzoption file ?

Fellow Trainzers,

Is it possible to add remarks in the Trainzoptions .
In .bat files, one could use REM .
What I need to do is place remarks on commands so this old guy can remember the key to use to execute (e.g.);
-debug REM hold shift key to speed up activity

Hope this makes some sort of sense ---DLR and thanks for reply

the // are treated as comments.

Things slooooowly come back to me, and now I remember this from config files, (// remark), and possibly DOS ?
