Adding products to config file?

Hi Everyone.
I am trying to change the config file in a flatcar to hold alluminum coils but all I can get the car to hold are 2 coils.
Could anyone tell me what to change in order for the flatcar to hold about 7 or 8 coils? I also have the same problem with flatcars holding Brick pallets and I would like to fix that also.

Thanks to all.
Bob

It really dependes on the nuuber of attachment points that are in the mess. WHat is the kuid of the flat car?

Hi
The kuid is 2:56063:180741:1 by Majekear
The flatcar I'm doing this to is a clone of that car.
Will this help?
Thanks
Bob

I know what the cars can carry.
I want to add the steel coils but they only load 2 coils at a time.
I have to find out what to change so the car will load more coils.

You can adjust the number of products a wagon gan carry if they aren't visible in the config.txt file. If they are visible you need to add attachment points for the additional coils.

In simple terms you are stuck. In more complex terms you can talk nicely to the content creator and ask them to add more attachment points for the loads or for your own use create a second mesh with the additional attachment points on it.

Bob --

If you do decide to add attachment points, be prepared for a little frustration. It aint all that difficult, but it can be time consuming getting the attachment points in the correct location.

Please tell us how you go.

Have the solution:)
Lewiscc65 That's what I needed to find out.
It works just fine and now I can add the info to all of my flatcars.

Very simple answer to the problem.
Good job!

I almost figured it out but I entered the kuids in the wrong place.
Thanks also Philskene I am going to check out your links to learn more.

Thanks to all of you guys.
