Account problems

By the way I have had to start this new account becuase the of problems explained below my old accounts username was klambert.
I have already submitted this message to the auran helpdesk but I'm just wondering if any admins on here could help.

I recently changed the email address on my klambert account, I accidently typed it in wrong, anyway I have also forgotten my password so when the auran helpdesk send me an email to help reset the password they send it to the wrong email address. Consequently I cant log in.
I have had to start up a second account so I could send this message to the helpdesk, the main problem with this account is that I cant use the serial number on my copy of trainz becuase its on the other account which I cant log into.
All I ask is it possible for an admin to change my email address to klambert43@hotmail.com instead of klambert43@hotmail.co.uk on my old klambert account, cheers. Karl

Hi Karl,

I editedther quote here to remove your actual email address so that the spamming bots don't snoop it off the web. I suggest you do the same in your original post.

You need to post ticket with the help desk, and not use the automated password reset for this. Since the tickets are read by humans, you can explain the situation. Zec and Aron can help you, I'm sure.
