About "portal-controlled" trains?

Light Rail Trainz
Sorry but I have to continue my question after This Post.

I am using a portal to produce trains for my route and I have set commands for the driver of the consist.

However, I have found that if I have assigned only one train (one driver) in the portal, there may only be ONE train existing between the two portals. Otherwise, the second train will not comply to the commands. How can I do?

Also, are there any commends and scripts preventing trains (Light Rail, with no block signals) from head-tail collision?

How long is the track between the portals? A portal might need quite a long stretch of clear track before a train will be emitted; 1000 metres perhaps, depending on the portal.

If you divert the first train to a siding, leaving the main line clear then the portal should emit a second train once the junction switches back to the main line.

Placing a few signals should prevent trains from colliding head-to-tail. Don't put them too close to the portals because a train must fully emit before reaching a signal. As Peter said, use invisible signals if you prefer.
