AAARRRGGGHHHH

I dont understand my name
Ever since i installed multiplayer content manager wont let me log in to my account. Ive changed the password and entered the product key so many times and it still wont log in.
And everytime i edit one of my routes and save it the route is no longer on the menu and it has missing dependencies, so before i start Trainz i have to do an extended database repair to make it work.
Why did multiplayer ruin my game Auran?

Because you were using compatability mode? This mode was removed in the MP beta, and so I assume that routes which require compatibilty mode will not show up. They should be there in Content Manager though, but with dependant assets that have errors.

i dont have compatibility mode on, and when i go in content manager it ssays the route has missing dependencies, so i do a database repair and it fixes it. The problem is i have to do this everytime i start up the game.
Thanks anyway

It may well be an issue in the database - if you are running Windows Vista or 7, make sure you are running it as admin, and if the issue is still happening, it may be worth opening the affected content for edit and recommiting.

I would expect if you had 2010 installed BEFORE trying to apply the Multiplayer patch, it would show as registered next to your name. This leads me to believe that you did not have it installed, and therefore are not qualified to install the Multiplayer patch. You didn't try to apply it to 2009, did you?

I'm suprised I had not seen that one - must have been not looking hard enough.

OverlordNZ is correct though - you do not have TS2010 registered, and as a result should not have installed the multiplayer patch.

The only thing you can do is re-install and avoid that patch.

Just out of interest: do you actually have TS2010? The patch only applied to TS2010 build 44088 (SP3 hotfix), for users that had registered their TS2010 serial number onto their profile before January 10, 2011.

I have windows xp and i installed 2010 in December with the serial number. From then it allowed me to download content but my auran profile still doesnt say that i have 2010. So i installed the serial number before whenever the limit was for multiplayer.

When you registered your serial number, did you just put it into the game or did you also register it onto your profile as well?

If you did actually register it onto your profile, you need to contact Helpdesk as they are the only ones that can deal with serial number issues.

What Shane said. Notice what versions show up next to my name on the red line above vs what shows up next to yours.
