A problem with my route

Sorry this is my second problem in 3 days. When I close my route it comes up with the window in the link below.

Does your route load and work okay? I was curious as for the past three days, whenever I load my route, I get this gray message on a black field, and I have to hit the button in the lower right to keep loading. The problem is the message is in Spanish, so I have no idea what it says!

The file mentioned (ig4icd32.dll) is part of your graphics driver so I'd suggest installing the latest drivers for your card that you can find on the Intel website. (Or, if not using a laptop, you could get a nice dedicated card and stop using integrated graphics. )

And you're in the UK, so you're in the same boat as I am, no clue what it's trying to tell me! Maybe we have both downloaded something from a Hispanic creator and there's a problem with it. But as long as my route loads and I can add and make changes to it, I don't think I CARE what it says. For now.
