A Portal question

Thanks G.M. I will look for it and get it when its ready.
BTW I find I can put the TM in a tunnel and and then it can go to all points of the route.

Hi G.M.

The Instantmove2 command moves the train as expected, keeping the direction of the cars in the original position.

I noticed nevertheless that the focus on the actual current consist changes to the moved consist. So if one is following a random consist on the route, the focus changes to the consist that did an instantmove command.

Rather confusing with a lot of IM-commands in a session when the focus changes from consist to consist without any need.

Can you check this please

Thanks a lot

Good feedback Frank and Len TY,
glad the direction changes work
will see if I can omit/remove the focus change

Added a routine that saves your current train, then later uses it
What does this? You stay at the train you drive
have not saved the camera modus yet, but the command no longer jumps you to the moved train
Remove the previous in CM and add this:
InstantMoveTrain2v2.cdp

Hi G.M.

Just did a test with the new version, and it is doing what is to be expected. No more focus changes to the moved train. The focus remains on the currently activate consist.

Thanks a lot and as a retired programmer, respect for your development skills.

Hope to see more of you in the future.
