2. What does "HUD" stand for in the description pop-up for the Train Profile?
3. What does "Rough Handling" mean when it pops-up above the Driver Controls?

3. It means that acceleration or deceleration changed too rapidly, which puts excessive strain on couplers or spills the passengers' tea, or that a bend was taken at excessive speed, or you coupled at too high a speed or similar.

1. The green horizontal lines on freight cars (also on passenger cars and loco tenders) are loading markers, they show how full (or empty) the vehicle is. If you don't want them showing they can be turned off (or subdued) in Driver by selecting the Display Menu (third icon at the top left of the screen) then select Commodity Overlays and choose one of 5 display options.
2. HUD is "Heads Up Display". It places often used information in the one place on the screen. There are a number of HUDs you can install and use if you need them.
3. This is an issue that has yet to be resolved. That should only appear if you are using excessive braking but will appear almost every-time you touch a brake.
