40 foot reefer hatches - alternative ice loading?

I'd like to test the ice loading hatches on the 40 foot wood reefers, but the industry isn't cooperating.

I got the blasted thing to work once last year, but don't remember how - apparently it's configured by default to have nothing, produce nothing, and do nothing, compounded by a mandatory 1 minute minimum delay before you can find out if (1) you stopped in the sweet spot, (2) you have the commodity configured correctly, and/or (3) the script on the reefer ice hatches is working.

Is there a simple way to configure that industry to just animate the hatches without all the screwing around, or an alternative ice loading industry that works out of the box?
 
On the IND set it to Load/Unload 10 sec.set produce to 1000000 set initial to 1000000, set load amount to 1000000.
I thought that the asset was scriped for the hatches to open not the IND.???
In 12 spotting the car isn't as critical as in other virsion of trainz.
I use a light pole place it to the right or left of the IND but at the center of the IND,spot the center of the car at the light pole.
You must pull or back the car into the IND,it won't load/unload setting there when the game starts.
I just tested them and both cars 29011 & 29019 the hatches worked.
