3 Part Horns

Do three part horns work in TS2009? I tried making some of my own but all I got was the loop and it sounded really crappy. I was wondering if I could enhance them to make them sound like they do in TS12. I mainly do two part horns and they work wonderful, but I have been wondering about three parts.

As far as I know to my knowledge. 3 part whistles/horns are only doable in TS12. I could be wrong.

Well, I saw that they CAN be made in 2009, they just don't sound as good as they do in TS12.
