TS2009 content will work on TS2010 without problem.
TRS2006 content for the most part will work in compatibility mode, to get a lot of it to work in native mode you will need to fix the errors. This isn't that difficult and there are plenty of posts both here and in thr TrainzDev forums to guide you.
