Good morning , have just purchased and downloaded TS 2009, when I click on Surveyor, am asked for CD KEY, I would appreciate any advice please. Don (Totnes)

As far as I know you should of been given an Email with CD/Registration key when you purchased your copy. if you haven't received it, contact the Helpdesk ( http://support.auran.com/ ) for assistance.

Hope that can assist you.

I bought it as boxed set, never real keen on digital downloads. Always see too many people having issues with any game company that does sales that way.

CD Key??

I have the same problem - cannot run the program as I cannot find a number that the CD KEY box will accept, no mention of this part of installation!

the box for entering the CD KEY is located here: Launcher (Click the 09 Icon) the Options.

The KEYS are found by hitting the SERIAL NUMBER button at the top of this forum

It should tell you all the serials/keys appliccable to your various purchases.

Copy and Paste this into the CD-KEY when asked by TS2009

Click on the OPTIONS then enter the CD-KEY

If you are a BETA tester then click DEVELOPER tab to enter the BETA CD-KEY
