2.0 Graphics and TLR?

Probably. The new Drivers Palette, which if my initial impressions are correct, will be a major part of the user interface for TLR. This palette is only available in Surveyor 2.0

Possibly, but changes have also been made to the panels in Driver of TRS22 in the latest update. The Drivers pop up panel has controls to add new drivers and assign them to locos. An Activity Log has been added to the View Details screen when ctrl-right clicking on a loco. You can also view the queues of industries and make changes while in Driver and also see an activity log. So it may be that you can run TLR sessions as well as routes with HD terrain but not be able to create them from scratch.

This is from the online TRS22 SP2 manual. It appears the TLR is planned for TRS22 at some point. I checked the list of features in TRS22 that are working at this time and it seems like everything but activity logs are working but I could just not know how to start them. Of course, the Driver Palette that Peter mentioned is not included in Surveyor Classic just S2.0 as confirmed by the manual.

The activity logs are in fact working. Very interesting stuff to have a play with.

Will TLR require the customer to use the latest 2.0 graphics editor?
Dick
At this point of development, now that I have spent a lot of time with the beta, I would say that the answer is no. TLR needs only for Driver to support it. Any route made with interactive industries configured to produce and consume commodities works just fine. Even routes created years ago. I loaded a old route from TS12 and it ran TLR like a charm. There may be plans for features that can be only added in Surveyor 2.0 but those are not in the current version.
