10/24/20-CB&Q SD40, ATSF SD40 & SD45, CSX GP40-2 YN2 PLUS Freeware & Clubcar Release

I downloaded and installed the EMD ATSF SD45 phase 1a3 and the EMD CB&Q SD40 and got the screen below. I uninstalled all, redownloaded the files and reinstalled, same results. Listing the dependencies just runs me down a rabbit hole. Any thoughts?

I see some open for edits there, id check those first to rule out anything you have installed but open for edit. Those cant be open for edit or things will show like they are missing. If after that it says missing dependencies we would need what dependencies are showing unknown to help further

Fixed the open for edit, no change.

I have these two locomotives installed in Build 109641 without any faulty or missing deps.

I don't know how I missed it, but <kuid2:45324:90007:6> EMD pre-dash 2 cab mechanism type 1 was missing. I installed it and all is good.
