Not sure if there is a trick to this, but when I try and adjust the height of buildings, cars, scenic details, etc., it only adjusts in full point increments (1.0, 2.0 or -1.0, -2.0). Those full-point swings make adjusting heights almost never worthwhile. But surely I am missing something...
