Last Route Update Of The Year

Is this a museum/tourist route like Strasburg or Illinois Railroad Museum? Looks good. You put a Rite Aid there. All the Rite Aids in the US closed. CVS and Walgreens are still going.

It's kind of like you reached a locked door, but only they have the key. Only N3V can unlock the permission for you.

Route ideas. Sierra Nevada/Donner Pass and/or Rocky Mountains

The CDP itself works when you click on the CDP, you can save it. A window will pop up. The CDP is at the top below Parent Directory. I also found a blank route on the DLS from Oakland, CA to Reno, NV by jrfolco, but it just has tracks roughly laid and no tiger lines for railroads, roads, rivers...

Route ideas. Sierra Nevada/Donner Pass and/or Rocky Mountains

Donner Pass looks to be vaporware now, and the creator Jango passed away. I missed out on so much Trainz stuff that is no longer available and the creators passed away. One example is jfweaver's payware stations from NJ, NY, New England, etc. He had stations on there that nobody else made yet...

Can someone with TransDEM shift a DEM for me?

I thought TransDEM could load any Trainz route and shift it. I know the raise and lower function worked when I used it to raise a route to match the height of DEM over several years ago. I think the raise and lower function was removed from newer TransDEM versions that work with TANE and up. I...

Can someone with TransDEM shift a DEM for me?

I think I did it in the past with a route that was off. I guess you can do it with an existing Trainz route. But how will TransDEM fill in missing DEM data for the area that is shifted at the one side? But why would two HOG routes be off? I think they are both fishlipsatwork DEMs. If he created...

Can someone with TransDEM shift a DEM for me?

I think what I'm going to do is fudge it, use Surveyor tools to blend the mountain edges together. I could also try merging the Green Mountain Rutland route with the Bellows Falls area deleted and keep the Bellows Falls area on the Brattleboro to Wells River DEM and see how the merge works out...

    Old Industry Properties

Why would you go backwards to an earlier version? Unless you feel that 22 is broken compared to 2019. SP6 messed/broke some things so I didn't update yet past SP5.

    Stuck Forever

I guess I'm young compared to you old timers. I turned 52 on January 14.

Can someone with TransDEM shift a DEM for me?

Is it possible to shift an existing DEM even a HOG one using TransDEM? I currently don't have TransDEM at the moment, so could someone shift a DEM about half a baseboard to the east if I send it to them? The route with the darker grid. Note how the highway doesn't line up on the left, it's like...

Looking For Norfolk Southern Excursion Coaches

I have some personal reskins of TrainzItalia coaches with rideable interiors. But K&L has some but no interiors, and Peter's Trainz has some with no interiors. I wanted interiors, so I had to reskin the closest match I found. I rode 2 765 21st Century Steam excursions in PA, May 25, 2013...

Trains through American mountains are often slow.

I'm surprised Amtrak lasted this long. It was started in May 1971 by the federal government because the private railroads were losing money on intercity trains. Some railroads like Southern continued some trains like the Crescent to 1979 then turned it over to Amtrak. The problem Amtrak has is...

    East Broad Top Route

SP6 broke things. I didn't install it and I'm still on SP5 for now until a more stable update is released. SP6 messes with routes. I hope to be able to download phase 1 soon. I really want Saltillo to beyond the Aughwick bridge north of Shirleysburg, I started making my own a while back but...

"Matts version Pittsburgh to Philadelphia" showing as payware?

I want a modern day NS era route between Harrisburg, PA and at least Cresson, PA or Johnstown but jrfolco's Pittsburgh to Harrisburg route is set in the 1950's or something and Horseshoe Curve is missing all of the visitor stuff, and your route is the PRR era, too, but I have a partially...

Is there a way to get the new K&L Trainz smoke texture without buying a new engine?

I think you have to buy the new model. The newer models have improved features and smoke. $10 isn't really that much. If you were buying a new HO scale physical steam locomotive model you would probably pay $200 or more for the new model especially if it had DCC, sound, etc.
