For some reason the splines already on the route won't change when I do a bulk replace. If I place a dashed white spline down, then do bulk replace in current section only then that works for the spline I placed but not the ones already there. I can't attach anything to the splines on the route...

Is there a solution though for changing the white splines to a road? I really didn't want to manually lay all those roads. Bulk replace doesn't seem to work. Can I change the KIND in the config of the white spline to a road?

Well the watch for my area ended and we aren't getting any tornadoes, but we are getting heavy rain and storms. If the splines are on a different layer, do I have to go through the layers to find out which layer they are on? I might try that.
