Can anyone recommend a coupler for trs2006 that has animated hoses? Are there any that will automatically put a FRED on the last car?

Has anyone used Wulf9`s ortner couplers kuid2:104722:50636:2 and kuid2:104722:50639:2? The description kind of sounds like its an entire railcar with these couplers installed. Half of it describes things that would refer to a railcar and the other half describes the coupler features.
