I would like to learn how to run trains to a timetable. Is there a tutorial somewhere that would teach me how to do that?

I am trying to install my copy of 2010 into a new computer but the Setup does not move forward after I put in the serial number. the 'next' button is grey. I tried Help Desk with this, but got nowhere. Can someone help please?
