I am trying to install my copy of 2010 into a new computer but the Setup does not move forward after I put in the serial number. the 'next' button is grey. I tried Help Desk with this, but got nowhere. Can someone help please?

That's right click on the file or set it up in the properties > compatibity tab, this is in addition to whether your are using an admin account or not. The Admin account has been crippled by Microsoft in Win7
