having a problem with floating track in game and getting the ground to at the right height, in a lot of places on the layout

saw that web page, just paying ever year is a kinda a turn off. but some of the other features i like.

so which version should i get, it looks if the living railroad is only on plus or gold, was interested in that feature, however not happy on paying ever year for the game, so which version should i look into? thanks
