Auran and N3VRF41L Ownership?

Has any one noticed a change in copyright ownership.

While visiting any of the N3V websites (including but not limited to n3vrf41l.com, shop.n3vrf41l.com, ts2009.com and trainz.com), you can be assured that this policy will be followed.

Since when did Auran's publishing company own the rights of the Trainz franchise.
When Auran filed chapter 11 they said:

all the products related to Trainz are still owned by Auran (ITrainz, DLS, Source Code and Art source).

On all Auran updated sites the copyright line now says this:

Auran® is a registered trademark of N3VRF41L Publishing Pty. Ltd. All rights reserved. © 2009 N3VRF41L Publishing Pty. Ltd........

Now according to copyright line Auran Games, Auran Devpment, and Auran pty is owned by N3V Publishing pty. Is Auran in such an unstable financial state, that Auran had to sell themselves to their newest company started in 2006. What is the Future of Auran and their games?

What does anyone else make of this?

As many of you are aware Auran and N3VRF41L Publishing Pty Ltd have always been associated. Approximately 1 year ago N3VRF41L took over all publishing and distribution of the Trainz franchise, this has led to N3VRF41L taking ownership of TS2009:WBE and all future versions of Trainz.

Graham Edelsten and Tony Hilliam are the directors and major Shareholders of both Auran and N3VRF41L Publishing Pty Ltd and have been since N3VRF41L’s formation 4 years ago, so rest assured from our customer’s point of view nothing has changed.

Work is continuing at full speed on future releases of Trainz, as well as new releases which you should see soon. With regards to the existing Auran features such as Planet Auran, The DLS, Helpdesk etc. These will all be maintained and you will not see any disruption in service, due to these changes.
