What does the Trainz Community listen to?

At the moment tons of surf rock, people like Dick Dale, Sandy Nelson and The Ventures.

Can't stop listening Sandy Nelson - Teen beat and the following clip is a souped up more train appropriate version, with accompanying audio visual entertainment.

Absolutely love my twangy reverb at the moment, 50s instrumentals are so underated, the blokes who wrote them are musical geniuses who deserve far more recognition than any pop-trocity chart topper.
I'm ashamed too have to put names like Dick Dale and the Ventures on the same page as Miley Cyrus.

Sandy Nelson has to be in the top ten worst successful drummers. How did he get away with it.

I remember his original tracks in the 50s and 60s. "Let there be drums", was another of his abominations.

I can't believe anyone still listens to his stuff after so many years.

Sorry for the rant.

I did like the video though. I have seen it before, but it was good to see it again. (With the sound turned down!):D

:)

If you like great drumming, with a bunch of top flight jazz musicians, here's your man.

Another train related one, this time the beginning to Get Carter, the soundtrack to this film is absolutely brilliant.
