VIA Rail De-Railment in Burlington, Ontario

Unfortunately, I can't link to a site at this point, but a VIA Rail train has de-railed near the crossing at "Kings Road" in Burlington, Ontario (If you live in the area, it is behind the IKEA superstore, just off of Plains Road). Unfortunately, 3 people have been declared deceased. At this point, there is no indications on what caused the de-railment, but it is not a collision. Could anyone who has more details on this accident post it here?

UPDATE: It has been confirmed that the 3 deceased were employees of VIA. All other passengers have been sent to hospital, but the main number of them were unhurt.
