I think it comes with the station you use or with the train.

I think the person came with one of my Mark 1 Coaches. People like that are included in every Trainz version from TC3 onwards.
It's no big deal, either. Everyone used to mention it a while back. This is old news to me.

BTW, all the little easter eggs are in a video on YouTube which shows you ALL of them. (except the books and things passengers hold)
