Train Crashes!

If it's a sim, what's the big deal about having a thread for train crashes?

if you dont like it, dont look at it!

i mean really, stop trying to take the moral high ground because you lost someone in a car accident, really, you're not the only one to have lost someone close to you like that.

to be honest, i think you're just being intolerant of what other people like, I mean, i dont like payware, but i dont go onto every thread and try and close it, or get the payware section closed.
I may not like it, but it's not going to go away, and it's the same here.

but, whatever
i personally think there are some really good screenshots here :)

Let's get this thread back on topic, shall we? :D

This is what happens at one of those cross-track sections when the Amtrak is late and the signal isn't working. :hehe:

Whats a triplex

You could google it you know, but thats no fun on my part. The Triplex is a 2-8-8-8-2 or 2-8-8-8-4 locomotve. The Erie and later Virginian both used them on long coal drags, but the triplexes had many flaws resulting in all four getting the torch

Whats a triplex

a triplex is a steam engine with 3 sets of drivers.
It is a 2-8-8-8-2 and one set of drivers is underneath the tender.
They were not very successful because it really was not possible to make
enough steam to fully power all the cylinders.
