The Canadian Thread - Hi-Res images

sp9813,
Incredible shots in post #2513, especially the eroded river bank and the rocks and roots showing along the break-away landscape. How and what did you do to achieve this very realistic look?
Thanks,
Claude

Another shot of CPR steam. This one is a couple of miles east of Perdue.

Good to see a caboose with working marker lights.

I went through a rather long list of built in T:ANE cabooses two days ago and not one had working daytime marker lights.

Good job Jack, as usual from you! The distance in your photos is gorgeous, you have a good eye for such things!

And my participants photos for the thread ...

The progress just rest a bit... Plenty to do with other things.

I really like the running lights on the side of your engines, something I'll have to look into to see if it shows on any of my locomotives?

Looking good escd84. I really like what you're doing!

Nice ones from you as well CNSD40MRT.

East side of Perdue here. The town is only about half done.

Cheers,
Jack

Canadian National E10a #90 is heading to the coaling tower after getting a drink at Stratford, Ontario. Behind it is a local freight headed eastbound. (The train with the flatcars that is...)

Nice to see some steam shots here.

Westbound through Perdue. When I was out there a couple of weeks ago there was spreader sitting where I have placed the one in my screenshot. Looked as though it hadn't moved in a long time.
Cheers,
Jack

A coal train running on the day's sunset.

That must be the only continent that runs trains with green marker lights. Think about it, on either side of the pond, no other railway has green marker lights!
