If you have irfanview, I believe you open a picture on it, go to image, and than go to effects.

OH!:hehe: I thought that was an effect in the game. Never thought about infran view. Cool picture anyway. If the pictures can come from websites, than I will put down one of my favorite crossing shots I took in Maine
