Thought I'd get some pics posted of what's being worked on. So here we go!
So below are some shots of CityRail 2015. The route is an overhaul of CityRail 2014. The new route will have all new mainline trackage throughout the route, all new scenery in major areas, and even better, improved frame rates. The route will be longer than CR2014, and will also be much better detailed.
Many areas will be so different, they'll be unrecognizable from CR2014. ENJOY!
Amtrak 255 departs River City Depot. The city is current;y being redesigned with all new trackage and an entirely new terrain arrangement.
CSX rolls in passing the departing Amtrak.
So a big thing happening with the route as you can see are the catenarys. Yes, electric trains will soon run on the route, but only a small part.....for now
Also note, the route will have a subdivision for Xpress Rail trains. Xpress Rail is our new commuter railroad.
CityRail 2015 is a huge change from CityRail 2014. The route is longer and features an entirely new mainline on most of the route. Were super duper excited for this route, and we hope everyone who gets it will enjoy it!
