the KLW is a subsidiary and the fact that they are going to offer EMD 4axle rebuilds that are EPA compliant is new - they are a new builder in this field.

There are pictures on the web that show a Knoxville rebuild with the side panels open...I would like to see them use a graphic of that scene applied to the carbody.

The use of the EMD Series 8 & 12V710 Eco engine assures the sound of EMD will continue on for these rebuilds for decades!
