ERROR on updating

Just downloaded the update, installed, and got this:

TRS22.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

What do I do now? Reinstalling what: the update or the main program?

I've been waiting for this update for a couple months now to fix the track laying problem that the last update caused, now I have this????

I should have known better.....just went back and saw the email that said that there was an update. I couldn't copy and paste it here, but it said that the sender was Trianz Team. I guess that since they can't spell their name correctly.....
