DLS Down/How to Ping the server?

Can't seem to download anything atm. Anyone else having this issue? 5/17/15 - ~10AM Sunday PST

I know theres a way to Ping the Server to see if its up, but I can't find it through the search box on the site or through google. If someone could post it, I'll copy it so I don't forget it this time, lol

For Free DLS
ping files.auran.com or ping 174.121.103.179

For FCT
ping firstclass.auran.com or ping 174.121.103.178

Or use the network diagnostics in Content Manager.

Both working OK here by the way

Shane has a utility for checking connections by pinging them but I have found that regardless of what everybody reports and I experience it NEVER finds anything wrong, always showing roundtrip times of 120.

Hmmmm,

Well, I can easily believe they're actually up. Whenever I try to download it interacts with the servers well enough apparently to download all the data about the asset, but then it sits there at 0KBps for about a minute and then gives up and tells me to check MyTrainz Login info.... Which is correct, and is flagged as correct in the Settings.

Though, I think I just found the culprit..... Thanks dnevans8.....

Even the FCT Servers are popping off..... Yay..... All the kiddies got their FCT's from TANE Purchase activated I'd bet....

Thanks for the IP address' too Clam, I'll save those on the never ending list I have of those, lol.

I have the same problem . For me it's now 22.30 hrs .
Mostly the next day in the morning it works again.
