Yes. No open for edit assets from what I can see.

Turns out that was the problem. It was open for edit but for some reason wasn't saying that on the kuid list when I first installed the locomotive.

There is a filter in CM to show everything that is open for edit. It is a good idea to make sure that list is empty when you install any item.

Yes, I have reinstalled the NS AC446M late asserts and there aren't any open for edit assets and <kuid2:45324:50308:1>,<kuid2:45324:28124:1> are still missing.

With the Club Car EMD SD24 – BN Chop Nose & EMD GP38-2 – BNSF #2043 I'm getting a 403 error when trying to download. The EMD SD24 – DLW #880 downloaded with no issues at all.
