How can I change to List Mode pl.?

Am just trying to get back into trainz and have difficulty. I see some sessions from you tube etc that call upon a very lengthy set of commands. Is there a way to select several?

Each time I open Forum its to a thread dated 2012. Whilst its easy to just click on Forum there must be a way to stop this.

I have an LG 48" C1 (1921) computer purchased as a monitor also. My location has space for the TV only. Is anyone else using this or similar? If so appreciate my being able to change screen dimensions as I only have pnp which does not allow full Trainz screen.

After some years I have managed to obtain suitable computer and monitor to run trainz 2019. Installed but their is no sound. Tried two routes without success. Computer and monitor specs more than adequate. After several years without trainz I am very disappointed. Assistance appreciated.
