Been missing these shots! The collection of railroads and shots from this series were incredible.knife, josh, and felix- guys your shots are so atrocious they've inspired me to unearth an older piece of work, I hope the level of mediocrity is acceptable for this thread.
BWED 243 and 245 lumber through the sleepy town of Greenvale with a string of pulp-loaded bulkheads. The conductor has just hopped back aboard the lead motor after flagging a disabled crossing and the crew will continue on their Westward trip for interchange with the Bridgeport, Aberdeen & Southern.

Beautiful!
I guess that would be Peschiera Maraglio in the 2nd shot?
In what country is the post-apocalyptic route set? Because you have Australian cars with a US steam engine. It's rather interesting how you used a steam engine for this route. I think if I did an apocalyptic route the few remaining engines would be old, beat-up diesels, and mostly the simpler, older types of engines that would be in service for private owners, shortlines, industrials, etc.
I too like that shot there Arhain7. I like the added detail were you put figures on the horses.
It's 10:00 Somewhere in urban California on a Saturday in the early-1990's.. A busy intersection of Hernandez Parkway and the ATSF and the SP. The SP Hauler in the background is dragging its heels through town contrary to the feather-footed 199 in the foreground which has just been cut loose. Meanwhile, 6384 is running opposite the 199 with a large cut of empty hoppers due West to be reintegrated in the mainline on another train to follow in the 199's footsteps, which will likely be halfway to Chicago by then. The hauler on the other hand still has a long, long day ahead of it.

Did SP really have a "golden pig" service?
