Ok, I was on the website to get that locomotive and when my power went out i lost it and can't seem to remember what the website is, Any ideas?

Where can I get that Russian Decopod? I remember it being payware, but for some time it has all but disappeared.
There is a similar loco on Trainz Pro Routes, not sure if it's the same one though.
