cab problem

ok befor you ask i am using trainz 12 and none of the depences aren't faulty but the cab has a red ! how is that possible and how can i fix it ive tried using other versions

If its showing a red ! next to it that does in fact mean its faulty. Right click on the locomotive and select view dependencies. Then see if any of those dependencies is showing a red ! next to it. The loco itself may not be, but another dependencies may. We would need to know that to assist further. I would not go using other versions dependencies as this has more potential to harm than fix anything here.....

hey thanks one thing too is that i tried all version including mac,09/10,and 12 but i got one 2 of the cabs to work by putting them in a .cdp from another computer

this may be your issue. are you running TS12 49922 and downwards, there is a glitch that renders cabs useless. patching from 49922 to 58414 or up will fix that issue.
