To do this, you must open the route for edit in Content Manager. This can be done by right-clicking the route (which you will need to search for first), selecting Edit, then Edit in Explorer.
Once done, the Commit option can be found in the same place.
Traffic is not defined in the route config. You need to open the REGION, not the route. You can find the region by right clicking the route in CM > show dependencies > Show in main list. The region will be shown with a 'misc' icon....
