Mojave Problem

I am playing the first session in the mojave sub. i notice that none of the ai trains move. its says waiting for trigger. i am still learning this game. not to sure what to do?

Triggers are marks placed on the track, that are tripped when a train goes over them. The AI is waiting for a train to pass these marks for it to start it's programmed trip, probably you driving your train past that point.
