Constant freezing and objects missing

I just bought this but after I have had it crash for times while trying to startup, the only time I get anything loaded it turns out there is no scenery objects or track. I am finding out I have to buy other routes though already bought and payed for the route I am trying to load. What am I supposed to do to have this running?

First question is what is your hardware? The GPU is the most important part.

Try running Middleton for laptops. Grab most dependencies here: https://www.jatws.org/johnw/middleton.zip and import it into TS19 then pick up "Middleton for Laptops - Session" from the DLS.

This layout makes minimal demands on the hardware.

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 and GTX960 with 16GB ram, I am not using a laptop.

A GTX 960 scores 6,042 on 3D benchmark. https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php Many content creators take the view if it runs on my liquid nitrogen cooled RTX 3080 TI then its fine. Even payware content creators take this view. Realistically most users find a score of 10,000 to give reasonable results, 16,000 isn't unusual. Below this figure you might have to be selective and set the sliders especially distance over towards the min side.

Middleton for laptops was designed to run on a laptop with intel integrated graphics series 4000 with benchmark score of 332. Way below the recommended minimum. However if it runs then that means just pick a different layout to try, the content is the problem. If it doesn't run then that is a different problem altogether.
