Does N3V check their CC email address or is it send and forget it?
Usually when I send an email to N3V a few months ago to the CC email address (full email can be found in TCCP) I usually got a response back within a few days and sometimes that same week.
Now when I send an email asking a question since I don't want to ask it in the public there aren't any responses anymore.
The last email was a question about the Trainz store which was sent back 26-Sept-2021 which I was kind of hoping to hear back with an answer but no reply received.
Yes I'm aware they are busy and such but communication is important I would think.
Has anyone else had this experience as well?

Unfortunately yes, I've asked very serious questions and got no answers, and that was last year. I assume not all emails get read, but the odd one does, as I've had a reply once. Sorry, no help am I!

Okay so I'm not the only one...
No you where a big help as it confirmed that I wasn't the only one not receiving replies.
Strangely after making this post (and I think tagging Tony in the discord) I've received a reply to my email so now I'm happy.
