ATLS Canadian Traffic Lights

Has anyone ever made Canadian Traffic Lights that work with ATLS? There are some static ones but I need ones that work with ATLS, if they aren't any, are there any backplates for traffic lights? US traffic lights don't have backplates and does not look good on my Toronto Route.
