Wet streets and people

Looking for a way to simulate wet (rained on) streets. Also looking for people that are walking (in motion). I did find some RR workers that are waving, etc, but no walkers. Thanks for any ideas.
 
For wet streets, put water over them and raise/lower it in fine increments until it is just showing. It's looks like a wet road in game.

For walking people - search the DLS for "walk". msgsapper has several very good animated people, and there are more as well.
 
greymaster: Can I ask where you found the waving workers? I've always felt that one of the things Trainz most lacks is animated waving people and I've never come across any.
