Random grid textures...

Hello, I am using build 80349 and I downloaded a route. After downloading, fixing, and committing all assets (I have no missing deps) I see some textures are just grid, this is very annoying to have to paint over those grid textures myself, so I'm wondering if there is any fix. Any help would be very appreciated!

Does this happen to other known good routes too? Maybe the author hasn't painted those spots. Are they lines with grid visible or only spots?
Maybe the asset for a used texture is of another kind (kuid is overriden)
