.zip, how do you get these files in trainz?

Me being me, I take about one day looking for content. I see many files for trainz that are .zip but I have no idea on how to get the files in trainz. Can somebody give me an explanation on how to get these files into trainz? If you kneed to know. I don't have winrar or winzip.

Hello Zip is compressor file, you get 7-zip is free!! find google!!

Windows will open them by default. Right-Click on it, then left-click "extract".
