Dear JonathanEckloff,

Your recent creations definitely deserve appreciation, significantly expanding the possibilities of creating more complex cityscapes and simulating some big-city railway action. One must appreciate both the choice of architecture of the models made and the different expressions of the front and back sections. This significantly expands the possibilities of making a city layout, especially one with German historical and cultural layers, common for many Central European countries. Notable is the selection of the facades, with a predominance of late 19th-century styles, whose representation in Trainz has not been so wide so far. One should also notice the irregular plan solutions, often found at the crossing points between streets and railway lines on irregular angles.

I would encourage you to consider minor improvements to the roof mapping in some models to match the quality of the facades. This would especially go for buildings equipped with tiled roofs, where I would suggest minor improvements. A single tile reaches approximately 18x28 to 24x40 cm. Therefore, depending on the height and shape of the roof, usually 12 to 24 rows are needed to cover the front slope, which is accompanied by the generally vertical proportion of the tiles themselves,

I am well aware that it would be quite some work with annoying fixes and re-uploads including many models, but I believe it might significantly improve the visual side of your project - perhaps it's worth considering.

Hi kilanziom,

thank you for the compliments and your suggestion. I have to admit that for me, getting the scale of the roof tiles right wasn't always easy. Often I only noticed afterwards that they didn't look quite right and couldn't always be bothered to fix it. I will try to be more careful with that in the future and maybe fix some buildings as well.

Hello Jonathan,

Are the station elements on the DLS and what are the kuid ? If not, are they available and where can I find them?

Have a nice day !

Hello Jonathan,

Thank you for these beautiful buildings.

When I want to see the last four, Z2Z Haus BHF 3A / 3B / 3C / 3D, I see exactly Z2Z Haus BHF 3 Halle, even though the thumbnails show the roof with additional walls.

Is this normal ?

Best regards.
