XP to Vista Upgrade Questions

Not sure if I've picked the right forum but hopefully so.

I'm in the process of moving machines and my new one only came with Vista so I'm in the process of upgrading that as well. I have a couple of questions:

1) Are there any special things I need to be aware of in installing 2006 and 2009? To date I've run both as I gradually transition to 2009.

2) Can I just copy all of my Local file across? I shutter to think about having to do all of the downloads and corrections again to the files.

Peoples' experiences vary, presumably depending on how they've got Vista configured, but many find they need to both install and run Trainz in Administrator Mode, and to disable UAC.

Yes you can transfer the content.

Try a forum search (or Google for "Content transfer Trainz" or similar) as there are loads of forum threads detailing how to do this.
