WORLD & TIME ZONES

New computer, so I have bee checking out/downloading a few multiplayer routes and sessions but can someone explain how the time zone works. I live in Australia and most of the time I go to join a session, no one else is with exception to a few that are hosting, but don't seem to playing. Had been having a few sessions on win7 but with win8 now I'm rearing to go. Even Aussie MP routes never seemed to be running.

There has been 2 sessions running for days now and both have the correct time set when they were started(with there time zone)
Thompson & Western is USA EST. I think about 12 behind Austalia.

Remember at the moment for 6 months of the mainland Australia & Tasmania has 5 main time zones, 7 if you count the two small time zones near the WA/SA border, and 3 main time zones (5 with the smaller zones mentioned[1]) for the Winter.

I am currently hosting Thompson & Western session 2 Author Dannny5 and I,m hoping to keep it going for a few more days. Download the session only in Content Manager and then the missing dependencies which will include the route. I will be there after work which is about 23.00 UK time.
