Windows 7 and TS2009

I bought a Dell computer with Windows 7 and running TS2009.............When I download anything from the download station it seems to work fine..........but when I try to place anything I have D/L in surveyer all I get is a black outline with no details.....this is the same for buildings and rolling stock..............can anybody help ???

In yout Options menu, look for the display settings and turn off hardware acceleration. Then open each of the black items for editing in Content Creator Plus, then commit them. That should fix most (but possibly not all) of them.
