Wind Power Station Animation Question

I downloaded <kuid:276733:1257> zx-Wind power station anim and installed from the DLS. Is there something I need to do to get the animation to work (TRS2019)?

There are 2 lines missing in the config.txt. Add the red lines, to get a working animation.
